업무내용
Responsible for data integrity, HR technology, systems, processes, records and data management as well as C&B planning and operations
He/She will supervise the implementation and daily operation of the Global HR Information System (HRIS).
He/She will provide subject matter expertise on the integration, needs assessment, requirements gathering, testing and implementation of existing and next technologies.
Other responsibilities include managing C&B operation and policy improvement by doing research on regional market or competitors' best practices and
managing the activities of HRIS, HR shared services, HR data accuracy & security, optimizing processes for data management, providing timely resolution, and
leveraging technology where possible to make administration easier.

필요요건
*Develop and iterate on the overall HR technology strategy keeping current on new solutions to recommend and prioritize implementation
 that meets the current and future business needs.

*Supervise the administration and maintenance of human resource records.
*Provide training and support for HRIS, users, internal partners (IT) and vendors to research, trouble shoot, resolve issues as needed.
*Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
*Manage data security requirements and monitors processes to ensure adequate audits and controls are in place. Ensure process documentation is accurate and up to date.
*Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
*Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
*Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR team.
*Collaborate with HR leads to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.
*Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR users.
*Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
*Propose new benefits programs and improve process based on market benchmarks and best practices, and operate all types of employee welfare and benefit programs
*Assist in other C&B projects and other duties as assigned by team leader
우대사항*Tertiary education with at least 3 years' experience in related field
*Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence, able to connect and advise HR peers
*Analytical mindset, data driven, a keen eye for detail
*Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making
*Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. Strong understanding of database construction
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other HRIS related software
*Fluent in spoken and written in English
