국내 대기업의 미국 현지 법인에서 Director of Public IT & Digital Transformation (DX) Sales & Business Development (팀장급)을 아래와 같이 찾고 있습니다.

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Director of Public IT & Digital Transformation (DX) Sales & Business Development to lead and expand the AI, Digital ID, and platform-based IT solutions in the U.S. public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Engagement & Sales Execution
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with government agencies, public IT departments, and regulatory bodies to position our AI, Digital ID, and IT platform solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to target federal, state, and municipal contracts for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits of our AI-driven solutions, Digital ID platforms, and enterprise IT offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and sales collateral for public sector clients.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor government funding opportunities, RFPs, and grant programs to drive new business.
2. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team, including: 
    • Public Sector Sales Representatives
    • Technical Sales Engineers
    • Government Partnership Managers
    • Project Managers & Post-Sales Support
  • Lead hiring efforts, including interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and setting up new teams to support expansion.
  • Define team roles, assign tasks, and set clear performance metrics to track progress.
  • Establish an employee performance evaluation framework to drive productivity and accountability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team knowledge of public sector IT sales and compliance requirements.
3. Strategic Planning & Communication with Headquarters
  • Work closely with Korean headquarters to align market expansion strategies with company goals.
  • Develop detailed market entry plans and revenue targets for government contracts and IT transformation projects.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on sales performance, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the U.S. and Korean teams, bridging cultural and operational differences.
4. Partnership Development & Contract Management
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with systems integrators, consulting firms, and government contractors to strengthen market presence.
  • Engage with C-level executives, public IT officials, and technology leaders to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate, review, and finalize contracts, MOUs, and partnership agreements to drive business objectives.
  • Stay informed on public sector IT procurement rules, compliance standards, and digital transformation policies.
 
 
 
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in the public sector IT sales, government contracting, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with U.S. government grant programs and funding opportunities.
  • Established network within government IT departments, public sector agencies, and procurement officials.
  • Proven track record of winning government contracts and successfully scaling IT sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Digital ID, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, and technical support.
  • Ability to navigate complex government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with federal and state IT procurement offices.
  • Background in AI, Digital ID solutions, cybersecurity, or cloud-based platforms.
Experience working with Korean or international headquarters is a plus.
