국내 대기업의 미국 현지 법인에서 Strategic Business Planning Director를 아래와 같이 찾고 있습니다.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Planning Director to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis
   • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the North American market, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
   • Develop insights on competitive landscapes, industry developments, and consumer behavior.
   • Provide actionable recommendations based on market data to guide strategic decisions.

 

2. Business Strategy Development
   • Design and implement business development strategies tailored to various business sectors.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to create actionable roadmaps for growth initiatives.
   • Align strategic objectives with organizational goals and market dynamics.

 

3. Business Review and Consulting
   • Regularly engage with business unit leaders to review project progress and address challenges.
   • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
   • Provide constructive feedback and adjustments to enhance project outcomes.

 

4. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
   • Identify and quantify potential synergies between the target company and our organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
   • Conduct financial, operational, and strategic assessments of potential M&A targets to evaluate the feasibility of acquisitions.
   • Oversee the entire M&A process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and contract finalization, while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred, and MBA is a plus)
• 7+ years of proven experience in business development, strategy, or a related role
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
• Proven experience in collaborating with and reporting to executive leadership.
• Familiarity with the North American business environment.
• Knowledge in public/private IT business, Smart Factory, and logistics automation
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in market research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of M&A processes, including due diligence and integration.
