Japan Branch of Korean Big SI Company searches Head of Financial Business (Country Manager) as follows;

The following businesses are being pursued as target projects in Japan:

1. Construction of account and channel systems for new digital banks

 - Building account systems for digital banks expected to be newly established following integration of Japanese regional banks.

2. Technical consulting to streamline development processes through automated solutions.

 - Automatically reverse-engineer outdated systems composed of COBOL and C to create design documents
 - Automatically generate code from UML models to build and operate account systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating business strategies, market penetration, and expansion processes for LG CNS's financial business.

2. Organize and operate the business structure to respond to organizational expansion.
 

Required Qualifications

1. Over 20 years of experience in the domestic financial business in Japan.

2. Experience as a primary or secondary contractor in banking account system SI business.

3. Experience as a head of a financial business department and understanding of the ecosystem of banking SI business.

4. Possession of a sales pipeline for promoting banking SI business and experience in managing business cases.

5. Experience in proposing banking SI business and operating proposal organizations.

6. Experience in building implementation teams for banking SI business and ability to procure related resources.

7. Capability to establish a business organization to perform the above tasks.
