Head of Delivery (Core Banking) - Singapore > Order

Branch of Korean Big SI Company searches Head of Delivery for Core Banking Team as follows;
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, developers, and technical professionals for core banking consulting, development; design, build, test, debug, deploy and integration.

2. Present core banking solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

3. Presales activities for core banking, trade finance, loan, and payment solution.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

5. Coordinate customers for migrating from old solution to new solution.

6. Oversee the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for integration solutions developed in-house or with off-the-shelves products.

7. Develop data migration strategy.

8. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

9. Develop detailed project strategy and plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

10. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

11. Build a professional delivery team.

Required Skills:

1. Project experience presales, implementing, and designing core banking solution in regional based.

2. Strong communication skills with thought leadership for clients.

3. Creating fascinated solution offering and proposal.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

5. Experience with team building and strong network.

6. Experience in Core banking with SaaS, architecture, design and planning.

7. Experience in data migration strategy

8. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

9. Strong knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
10. Experience: At least 15 years

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with a regional project.

2. Experience as a consultant (Partner).

3. Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.

4. Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).

 

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
